David Calver

The editors of prestigious publisher Taschen invited NYC design guru Stephen Heller to help them narrow down the 600 illustrators from across the world featured in 4 volumes of their popular “Illustration Now” series to their favorite 100. Palm Springs artist Dave Calver made the cut. His work is featured in 3 spreads in the recently published 2 volume set as well as accompanying Stephen Heller's forward. His self portrait is also one of several featured on the cover of both volumes. His work has been seen locally at m modern. Most recently his work was shown in Milan at Spazio Orlandi gallery.
